Notice to the Membership

The Board of Trustees is proposing a minor change in language to Article XII of the WBYC Bylaws as follows:

ARTICLE XII Membership Committee

Current language:

Section 2. Each applicant for membership shall submit to the Membership Committee his signed application. The application must be counter-signed by two Senior Members in good standing, with one having at least three (3) years Membership (said Members not of the same household).

Proposed change to:

Section 2. Each applicant for membership shall submit to the Membership Committee his signed application. The application must be counter-signed by two Senior Members in good standing, both having at least three (3) years Membership (said Members not of the same household).

This change in language will be brought to a vote at the WBYC Annual Meeting.

This year's annual meeting will be held in person at the Club on Saturday, August 26th beginning at 9:00 AM.
